When you request an offer or chat with us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, the property address and details, and any photos or videos you upload. We also keep a record of our calls and messages with you.

• To keep records of our conversations and any agreement we reach

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that FL House Partners may call and text you about your property, including with an automated or AI-assisted system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Calls may use an AI assistant that identifies itself on the call.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to evaluate or complete a purchase of your property, for example with a title company, a closing attorney, or an investment partner who may buy the property with us or take assignment of our purchase contract. We also use service providers (hosting, phone and email) who process data on our behalf.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to update or delete your information, at any time by replying STOP to a text or by telling us on a call. We'll honor opt-out requests promptly.
